No experience is required! Our non-competitive program focuses on floor tumbling while adding a dash of trampolines and tumble tracks for excitement. Develop coordination, flexibility, strength, and confidence while having an absolute blast!
From beginners to advanced learners, Level-Up Tumbling is the perfect fit, whether you’re aiming to excel in tumbling or boost skills for other activities like Cheer and Dance.
Tumbling Level 1
During this 1-hour class students will be focusing on the following skills to progress to the next level.
- Forward Roll
- Backward Roll
- Cartwheel
- Push up to bridge (Hold for 10 seconds)
- 3/4 Handstand

Tumbling Level 2
During this 1-hour class students will be focusing on the following skills to progress to the next level.
- Back bend from standing
- Backbend kick over
- Handstand
- Handstand, fall to bridge
- Round off

Tumbling Level 3
During this 1-hour class students will be focusing on the following skills to progress to the next level.
- Back handspring (with a spot)
- Back walkover

- Handstand fall to bridge then stand (continuous) – Front limber
- Dive Roll

- Standing back tuck
