G-Force Gymnastics
No experience? No problem! Our recreational program has a place for everyone and is the perfect place to dive into the world of gymnastics with a huge dose of fun. You’ll get to tumble, balance, swing, jump, and explore it all – Floor, Beam, Bar, Vault, and Trampolines.
G-Force Gymnastics is an all-around experience that builds coordination, flexibility, balance, strength, listening skills, and boosts confidence. Plus, it’s the ultimate playground for having an absolute blast!
Gymnastics Level 1
During this 1-hour class students will be working on the following skills to progress to the next level along with various skills on bar, beam, floor, vault, tumble track and trampoline that are of a similar level.
- Forward Roll
- Backward Roll
- Cartwheel
- Push up to bridge
- 3/4 Handstand

Gymnastics Level 2
During this 1-hour class students will be working on the following skills to progress to the next level along with various skills on bar, beam, floor, vault, tumble track and trampoline that are of a similar level.
- Full Handstand
- Backbend from standing
- Backbend Kickover
- Handstand to bridge
- Round off

Gymnastics Level 3
During this 1-hour class students will be working on the following skills to progress to the next level along with various skills on bar, beam, floor, vault, tumble track and trampoline that are of a similar level.
- Handstand fall to bridge then stand (continuous) – Front limber
- Back Walkover
- Standing back handspring (with a spot)
- Front Handspring

Gymnastics Level 4
During this 1-hour class students will be working on the following skills to progress to the next level along with various skills on bar, beam, floor, vault, tumble track and trampoline that are of a similar level.
- Front Walkover
- Standing back handspring
- Round off, back handspring
- Round off, two back handsprings
- Front handspring step-out

Gymnastics Level 5
During this 75-minute class students will be working on the following skills along with various skills on bar, beam, floor, vault, tumble track and trampoline that are of a similar level.
- Round off, Back tuck
- Round off, back handspring, back tuck
- Punch front (Front tuck/flip)
- Ariel cartwheel
- Ariel front walkover
- Standing back tuck
