Kindergarten Ninja Warrior
An introduction to Ninja Warrior Fitness for ages 5-6 years. 45 minutes long.
Monthly Tuition
$77 / month per child for a 45 minute class
Annual Membership Fee
$33 / year per child
or $55 / year per family
Beginning Warrior Fitness
Beginning skills include front/back roll, handstand, cartwheel and pull up (on bars). 1 hour long.

$90 / month per child for a 60 minute class
Annual Membership Fee

Intermediate Warrior Fitness
Intermediate level skills include: Dive-roll, Roundoff, Cat-pass, pullover(on bar) and front/back Tucks (on trampoline)
A 1 hour class to continue progress of skills learned in beginning Ninja classes. Obstacle courses and challenges increase in difficulty and an additional emphasis will be placed on flexibility and strength training

Advanced Warrior Fitness
Advanced level skills include: Front/Back Tucks on floor, front/back half and full (on trampoline), fly away (on bars)
(By invitation only. Please contact the gym to schedule an evaluation for this class.) A 75 minute class to continue learning advanced gymnastics terms and skills. Advanced techniques to traverse obstacles are taught at this level and the basics of martial arts tricking are introduced in conjunction with tumbling skills.

Trampoline Class
