At Trio Aerials fitness is all about fun and a unique twist. We aim to make you laugh, sweat, and discover your hidden strength and flexibility. For the fearless performers at heart, we offer exciting aerial showcase opportunities throughout the year, but participation is entirely optional. No previous experience is necessary for our beginner classes, so come as you are and prepare to be amazed. Join us, and let your inner acrobat soar to new heights!
Intro/Beginner
This class is an introduction to skills for beginners.
Level 1: Mondays 5 – 6 pm (ages 10-17)
Level 2: Mondays 6 – 7 pm (ages 10 – 17) *combo class
Levels 2/3: Tuesday 5:30 – 6:30 (ages 10 – 17)
Level 2: Wednesdays 5 – 6 pm (ages 7-17) *combo class

Intermediate
This class is suited to all advanced beginners, through to intermediate level.
Intermediate: Tuesday 4:30 – 5:30 (ages 7 – 17) *combo
Levels 2/3: Tuesday 5:30 – 6:30 (ages 7-17)
Level 2: Wednesday 6:00 – 7:00 pm (ages 7-17) *combo class
Levels 3/4: Thursday 4:10 – 5:10 pm (ages 10 -17) *combo class
Level 4: Thursday 6:10 – 7:10 pm (ages 10 – 17 ) *combo class

Mommy and Me
This class is a parent/child team combo class. Team up with your child to learn fun aerial skills for both of you. Parent participation is required. Ages 5+.
