G-Force Gymnastics
No experience? No problem! Our recreational program has a place for everyone and is the perfect place to dive into the world of gymnastics with a huge dose of fun. You’ll get to tumble, balance, swing, jump, and explore it all – Floor, Beam, Bar, Vault, and Trampolines.
G-Force Gymnastics is an all-around experience that builds coordination, flexibility, balance, strength, listening skills, and boosts confidence. Plus, it’s the ultimate playground for having an absolute blast!
Gymnastics Level 1
During this 1-hour class students will be working on the following skills to progress to the next level along with various skills on bar, beam, floor, vault, tumble track and trampoline that are of a similar level.
Tumbling Skills:
- Bridge Up (hold for 10 seconds)
- ¾ Handstand
- Cartwheel
- Forward Roll
- Backward Roll
Beam Skills:
- Relevé Walks
- Bunny Hops
- Front support mount
- Pivot Turn
- Hold arabesque for 2 sec
- Stretch jump off beam
Bar Skills:
- Skin the Cat (Through and back)
- 3 Casts in a Row (hips leaving the bar)
- Chin-up Hold – 10 Sec
- Tuck Hang – 10 Sec
- Front Support Hold – 10 Sec
- Make sure they are not holding their weight on their hips
Vault Skills:
- Straight Jump onto mat
- Forward Roll onto Resi

Gymnastics Level 2
During this 1-hour class students will be working on the following skills to progress to the next level along with various skills on bar, beam, floor, vault, tumble track and trampoline that are of a similar level.
Tumbling Skills:
- Backbend From Standing
- Handstand
- Round-off
- Handstand to Bridge
- Backbend Kickover
Beam Skills:
- Tuck Jump
- Snap turn
- 3/4 Handstand
- Stretch jump
- Side handstand dismount
Bar Skills:
- Pullover
- Back-Hip Circle
- Squat On (Spotted)
- Underswing or Sole circle dismount
Vault Skills:
- Handstand flat back to Resi

During this 1-hour class students will be working on the following skills to progress to the next level along with various skills on bar, beam, floor, vault, tumble track and trampoline that are of a similar level.

- Handstand to Bridge (Limber Up)
- Back Walkover
- Back Handspring (Spotted)
- Front Handspring
- Dive Roll
Beam Skills:
- Vertical handstand
- 1/2 turn
- Split Jump
- Round-off Dismount
Bar Skills:
- Glide punch pull over
- Cast back hip circle
- Squat on Jump off
- Mill Circle
Vault Skills:
- Front handspring over a Resi

During this 1-hour class students will be working on the following skills to progress to the next level along with various skills on bar, beam, floor, vault, tumble track and trampoline that are of a similar level.

- Front Walkover
- Standing Back Handspring
- Round-Off, Back Handspring
- Round-Off, 2 Back Handsprings
- Round-Off, Back Tuck (Spotted)
- Front Handspring Stepout
Beam Skills:
- Cartwheel
- 1/2 turn
- Split jump + Stretch jump
- Handstand 1/4 turn dismount
Bar Skills:
- Kip (or close)
- Cast to horizontal
- 2 back hip circles in a row
- Squat on and catch high bar
Vault Skills:
- 1/4 On

Gymnastics Level 5
During this 75-minute class students will be working on the following skills along with various skills on bar, beam, floor, vault, tumble track and trampoline that are of a similar level.
Tumbling Skills:
- Aerial Cartwheel
- Punch Front
- Round-Off, Back Tuck
- Round-Off, Handspring, Tuck
- Round-Off, 5 Back Handsprings
Beam Skills:
- Back walkover
- Vertical handstand held 2 sec
- Full turn
- Leap + Split Jump
- Punch front or Back tuck dismount
Bar Skills:
- Kip on low and high bar
- Tap swings to a flyaway
- Cast above horizontal
- Baby clear hip
Vault Skills:
- 1/2 on over table
- Round off entry to mat stack
